Ritzton Hotel

The cleanliness of this hotel is extremely poor. After staying here, I developed skin allergies. with red spots appearing one after another. In the lobby, bed sheets on the floor instead of being placed in proper trolley. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. They ignored us, offering no welcome or assistance. When we asked to leave our luggage at the hotel counter, which usually involves receiving a claim ticket, they refused to provide one. When I inquired about it, a staff member rudely said, ‘If you don’t trust us, take your luggage with you. We don’t offer luggage storage. The only positive aspect of the hotel was the strong water pressure in the shower

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, there were also several areas that need improvement. The room itself wasn’t very well maintained and had an old appearance. The furniture and decor looked dated, which gave the room a somewhat worn-out feel. Cleanliness could also be improved as there were a few areas that didn’t feel as fresh as expected. On the bright side, the hotel offers full amenities, which was a nice touch. The location is definitely a highlight—there are plenty of eateries nearby. We enjoyed a delicious meal of lok lok at a spot just a short walk from the hotel. The owner of the lok lok stall was extremely friendly and provided great service, which added to our overall experience. Overall, the hotel could use some updates and a focus on cleanliness, but the location and nearby food options were great.

Good stay at Ritzton Hotel, only 10min away from KSL and City square. Good location, decent and cheap hotel if you’re staying for a night.
